5 Reasons to Get Tickets to Hopwired
This year’s Hopwired Festival is the inaugural year which makes the event extra special. Keeping with the current growing market of delicious beers and coffees, Hopwired challenged local breweries and coffee roasters to partner and showcase some of their newest and most unique collaboration beers and coffees in Canada. Hopwired features vendors like 33 Acres Brewing, Fuggles and Warlock Brewing, Four Winds Brewing, Moody Ales, Ethical Bean Coffee, De Mello Coffee, Notch Coffee, Modus Coffee, recent Snobbies awards winners Agro Coffee and Pallet Coffee - and many, many, many more.
We’ve compiled a list of just five reasons why you should check out this event!
5. Vendors & Collaborations
Hopwired has a multitude of craft beer and coffee vendors who have partnered with one another to make you a unique product. Whether you are a rookie or an expert coffee or craft beer fan - we've articulated one of the most unique lineups to date. Tried any of these collabs before? Great! Those people will be showcasing an interactive tasting that you won't get anywhere else.
Collaborations will be announced sometime in January, so stay tuned!
4. Unlimited coffee & espresso
That's right! Unlimited coffee from our vendors, and unlimited espresso from Vancouver icon Espresso Coffee Machine's (ECM). Enjoy trying new and your favourite 4oz* tasters from some of the best coffee roasters around. We know we've got some of the best coffee in the country and this is the best place to try them and meet the roasters and the people behind the coffee you love so much!
3. A special presentation you won't see anywhere
We invited one of Vancouver's most prolific coffee writers to put on a fun end-of-the-day special presentation that will be sure to spill drinks. We couldn't have anyone better. More details to come.

2. Tasting panels
Having recently interviewed Charlie Papazian, founder of the Association of Brewers and the Great American Beer Festival, and Brassneck Brewery, Ninkasi Brewery, and Pfriem Brewery. Aaron from the Cascadian Beer Podcast joins us, and our coffee and craft beer vendors with interactive tastings and interviews. Whether you're a rookie or a supremo of coffee and/or craft beer drinking - this will be something for you.

1. You won't get to try everything if you don't come
Let's say it together: you-wont-get-to-try-everything-if-you-dont-come.
We've got more of a selection of unique beverages then any other festival you (and us) have experienced- which is why we are doing this. Most products won't go to market. All beers will be kegged and unique or new, and every coffee will be fresh and spoken about in a new light- with some crazy, new things we can't talk about. Did we mention the special coffee we can't talk about??
